This privacy policy applies to the FlickDice app (herein referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by the developer (herein referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application does not collect, store, or share any personal information, location data, or any other private data from its users. The Application operates entirely locally on your device and does not require an account or internet connection for its core functionality.

The Service Provider wants to inform you that whenever you use the Application, in a case of an error in the app, data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data may be collected by the operating system (e.g., Google Play Services). This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing the service, the time and date of your use of the service, and other statistics. None of this data is personally identifiable to the Service Provider.

By using this Application, you agree that the Service Provider is not responsible for any decisions made or actions taken by you or any other person in reliance upon the information provided by the Application. The Service Provider is not liable for any criminal acts, misuses, or legal disputes arising from the use of the Application.

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.
